For health and safety seasons, NiBldeas.com is unable to accept the return of any perishables, personal, consumable, and perishable items. This includes but is not limited to opened and unopened undergarments, foodstuffs, ingestible liquids, soaps, shampoos, deodorants, household cleaners, medications, and some sinlge use medical supplies like bandages.
Because your shiki and/or kake futon will be custom-built for you when you submit your order, shiki and kake futon orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
You should always receive the item you ordered in the condition it was listed in at the time of purchase. If not, NibDeals.com wants to make it right for you. Contact us right away so we can take care of ya!
Missing Items / Parts
If you order is missing an item, please check the tracking information on your order to make sure that you've received a box for each tracking number. If you have all the boxes, but still can't find the item, please search through the packaging material in the boxes to see if the item may be hidden.
If you can't find the item, please contact us for additional assistance.
Because each manufacturer individually packages each product and does not product us with spare parts, we do not have any extra parts available to ship. We do, however, offer you the ability to return the item for a refund or replacement.
If you would prefer the parts rather than a replacement or refund, please contact the manufacturer directly and they should be able to assist you. We will be unable to help you get the parts from the manufacturer as they will ask for serial numbers, UPC codes, and registration information, all of which are now in your possession.
Most oversized items shipped by NibDeals.com (such as Shiki and Kake Futons) require special freight delivery service(s). Please carefully inspect the item before you sign and accept any freight shipped item.
If your frieght shipped item is defective, please contact us and we will be glad to work with you on a quick resolution.
If your freight shipped item is damaged and the carrier is still there, please have the carrier document the damaged item and have them return it back to the shipper. Once the package has been refuesed and taken back by the carrier, please contact us so that we can reprocess a new order for you.
If your freight shipped item is damaged and the carrier has left, please contact the carrier that delivered your item immediately to alert them of the situation. Then, contact us so we can begin documenting and notifying the carrier to pick up the damaged item for return.
